"This was my first time eating at TexasRoadhouse Ephrata location. Although it was a busy Tuesday evening, I was seated within a couple minutes of arriving. My waitress Linda was wonderful. Got me my drink right away. Went over gift certificate deals and specials for shrimp add-on. I got the two boneless pork chops dinner, baked potato with just butter, and garden salad. I got fried mushrooms and onions along with the pork chops. They also have a side cup of dipping sauce which was very tasty. The pork chops were delicious and cooked to perfection! The potato was cooked properly and very good. The salad was a nice mixture and everything was fresh and delicious. What can I say their rolls and cinnamon butter are fabulous! I talked to one of the managers on staff and told him how pleased I was. Definitely will go back again. This is an update on a return visit. I took advantage of the 12.99 Special from 3-5 pm. I got the single pork chop, baked potato, and garden salad! Everything was excellent! There pork chops are really tasty!"

"2.25.26. Today 7 of the family visited the Ephrata location for my grandson's 16th birthday as he wanted to go there. His steak along with his brother's steak came out well done and burned around the edges for medium rare. They were too hungry to send them back and just ate them. 4 out of the 6 steaks were passable within range. Salmon was frozen but ok unlike fresh at another steakhouse. I had a large prime rib with what I thought was an unusual amount of fat. This is the third Texas Road House (Lancaster & Exton) I have visited and it was the best of three which is mediocre at best. The eating space is small and uncomfortable and not nearly as good as some other steak houses. I eat out a about a hundred+ times a year and this is not a place I would choose. The best of this place are the roles and peanuts. Hope I never have to go back."
